Angela Thibeaux is an accomplished leader, speaker, and mentor with a passion for intentionally and authentically developing individuals and organizations within their respective fields. With over two decades of experience, she possesses a unique ability to navigate diverse cultural landscapes with grace, respect, and empathy.

Her expertise lies in organizational or program strategy and development, leadership and management, cohesion and communication with a keen focus on fostering cultural integration and understanding. Angela is renowned for her adeptness in communicating with individuals from various backgrounds and inspiring them to unlock their full potential.

Angela is the Founder and CEO of Angela Thibeaux Enterprises, a vision and leadership consulting company, focused on bringing strategies and solutions that produce results. Angela currently serves as the vision and leadership consultant for several organizations and entrepreneurs spanning industries such as education, marketing, finance, beauty, food service, real estate, & development. As a former U.S. Navy veteran who has spent significant time abroad, Angela brings a global perspective to her work. Angela thrives in the opportunities she is given to demonstrate her commitment to facilitating cross-cultural collaboration and growth, driving lasting transformation across generations and the globe.
​In addition to her consulting roles, Angela is the Founder and lead Program Designer of Soul Care University, where she designs and implements innovative training programs aimed at empowering individuals and organizations to build and lead authentically and effectively. Through SCU Angela has created such popular programs as; The Dimensional Success Academy and The Leadership Bootcamp Intensives.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Workforce Education, Training and Development from Southern Illinois University, as well as honorary Master and Doctor of Theology Degrees from Grace Theological Seminary in South Carolina. She is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA, furthering her dedication to lifelong learning and spiritual enrichment.
